  • All orders ship within the United States only.

  • A flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies per item, and free shipping over $100.

Processing Time

  • Each piece is made by hand. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

  • Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or for made-to-order pieces.

Shipping Method & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, or similar).

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Pierre Leather is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • If an issue occurs, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

Handmade Variations

  • Because all items are handcrafted and made with genuine leather, natural variations in color, grain, or markings may occur. These unique characteristics will not affect shipping timelines.

EXCHANGE POLICY.

At Pierre Leather, every piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and individual character. Because our items are made in small batches and often made to order, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so we do offer exchanges under the guidelines below.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from wear or damage.

  • Exchanges can be made for a similar item or another item of equal value.

  • Because each piece is handmade and hides vary naturally, exact replacements may differ slightly in color or texture.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • No refunds are offered on purchases.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.

  • Clearance or discounted pieces are final sale.

Defects or Issues

If your item arrives with a craftsmanship issue or damage from shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us directly at pierreleather@gmail.com to receive the return/exchange instructions and the appropriate shipping address before sending any items back.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending an item back for exchange.

  • Pierre Leather covers shipping for repaired or replaced items due to craftsmanship defects.
